So one of the many things I have been up to is trying to polish up my image in the past year or so. Not that I was a total wreck or anything, but we could all use some fashion help up now and then. I went through my closet and got rid of all the stuff that was stained, didn’t fit, or that I hadn’t worn in a long time. To get me even more motivated, I scooted over to one of my favorite sites, Fabulous After 40, and picked up one of their e-books. Chic on the Cheap helped me get a handle on my wardrobe and realize I don’t need more t-shirts; what I need is some shoes for work and a few versatile skirts.

I was also perusing one of my favorites sites, More.com, and read about a fab new fashion site called Shop It To Me. You just fill out a profile and let them know the brands you like, and you’ll get a personalized e-mail (you choose the frequency) that let you know when those brands are on sale.
